School Improvement Plan:

The School Improvement Plan (SIP) is a working document used to set priorities and monitor progress throughout the year.

We are an ambitious school, and we have high expectations for all of the children and staff at Marsh Lane. We aim to maintain outstanding standards in all aspects of our work.

This document sets out the strategic priorities agreed by the Governing Body and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). It is informed by the school’s rigorous self-evaluation system and by the vision that the SLT have for Marsh Lane.
